Q. I'm buying a used Hard Disk and want to know how reliable it is. Can you provide an evaluation of the disk?
A. We can give you a full evaluation of the drive. Just have the seller send the drive to us and we'll send you both a copy of the evaluation.
Q. What are your rate scheduels?
A. Hourly, flat rate, or on retainer. $150.00 per recovered gigabye is the general fee. If additional hardware is needed to fix your media, you'll need to provide the funds to purchase it. There's no fee if data recovery or transfer is deemed impractical.
